I spent this afternoon at my sister's new place. She's not working right now and she and I had a really nice afternoon. I love her new place. It is very charming. Their yard is great. I think I am going to go back over there this week to help her get some boxes unpacked. We watched the lightening and the rain. That was really some display. While I was there her ex Mike came over to get Madison. He wouldn't even look at me. I don't know what I ever did to piss him off, but he had NOTHING to say to me. I tried to make some small talk, but you could tell he wasn't interested. Fine, be like that. I didn't want to talk to you anyway.

Tomorrow mom and Kerrie and I are going to Firehouse Pottery...FINALLY. Kerrie and I only bought that gift certificate for mom a year ago for her birthday. It's about time we use it. In the morning, what will I be doing? Let's see, house work, home work, yard work if it's not raining. I have some paper work to do as well. And then of course out with sissy and mom in the afternoon. If Jody wants to do something in the morning, Saturday mornings have generally been Jody and I's going out time. He hasn't been feeling well at all this week. He's had a temp the better part of this week and blood in his cath, so not sure what is going on there.

I have some extra credit that I can work on for my marketing class. I would like to have that turned in before the surgery. She even hinted at bonus points if we turn it in early. I am all about that. I just need to get my hands on a Wall Street Journal. I'll ask mom to save the last couple they've received.

Sunday will be church of course. We have choir practice Sunday night. I am so glad. Choir practice is my therapy. I can just belt out all that bothers me. Just give it all to God.

That's about all for this weekend. I plan on sleeping in a little bit, taking it easy, and getting some things done. I might even get out a VERY OLD cross stitching project I started 10 years ago. It's almost done. That would be relaxing, especially if it continues to rain. I can cross stitch and watch Anne of Green Gables. That sounds PERFECT. I love the weekends. :)
