...because one of my dearly loved friends passed away last night. I cried for a long time last night. Brannon just held me. He made me a fire and just sat quietly. What else can you do? Funeral plans are pending. Kori and Jared are supposed to have their wedding shower this weekend, I wonder if that will be posponed. All of a sudden the house, and everything else just doesn't seem to matter. I am so stunned and so shocked and so completely sad. I honestly can't believe she is gone. I just cannot believe it. Makes my first day of work seem irrelevant. And Valentine's Day. What a sucky way to wake up, especially for her husband. Talk about feeling displaced. What do you do with yourself?
