Little bit of nothing

We went to Red Robin's, we both had never been there before. We liked it. Then we had house sitting to do. His ex wife is in Florida, so he needed to go her house and take care of the animals. My mother and step father are on vacation to Texas. So much of our time was spent running around taking care of cats and lizards and birds and fish. We did a little bit of shopping Saturday. Jody needed some new jeans in the worst way, so I picked him up a couple pairs. We looked at tons of stuff. I got some new lotion. Thrilling. Brannon got some new Levis as well. They look great too. Who doesn't love 501's? Then we went to his friend Jen's 30th birthday gathering. It really is a small world. Brannon was talking to one of the couples that was there, and asked the guy what he did for a living. The guy said he worked at a pet distrubtion center. I looked at him and asked him if that happened to be General Pet, which I believe is the only distrubtion center in town. He said yes, and that his wife worked there too. I asked them if they knew my sister. Apparently they do, and my sister's ex fiancee as well. I just rolled my eyes at that whole drama. It is a small world. But I had fun getting to know new people. I always enjoy social settings. We didn't stay terribly long.
I'm just rambling here. I was horrible this weekend. I got up and ran Saturday morning. It was good. But I had a soda Friday. I was so tired. I really needed the pick me up. That was so dumb. The next day I actually, for the first time, had a caffiene withdrawl headache. And I was horrible about drinking my water. That is what I like about Monday's so much. It's my day to reset everything. Time to get back to being serious about stuff. Time to run. Time to drink my water. Time to get serious about the house. The house always gets so trashed over the weekends. It's terrible. I swear, one of these days I AM going to get my head out of my ass and get crap done once and for all.
I'm not looking forward to the leaves falling this year. I am so not inspired to rake leaves. Yuck.
I got up early to do laundry this morning. I love Mondays.
Sunday at church was wonderful. We had this girls trio come in from a college down in OK. They were amazing. Their harmony was perfect. They sang 6 or 7 songs and it was...great. I got chills several times. And we had three baptisms. That is my favorite part.
Still rambling here. I better get some things done around the house before the sun comes up. I don't have marketing class all week, which makes it that much harder to show up to my one class. But if I skip, I'll lose my 8 points, and that just sucks. Not that I need them per say (depending on my test score), because I'm at an A now. But anywho.
