It's raining out, and for a moment, I am enjoying the quiet. My in-laws are here from Alabama. Bob went to the clock show and Mom is in the shower. The kids are watching tv. I decided to steal a moment and just sit. We had a big pancake breakfast, with Jacob eating the most at 7 pancakes. Brannon, unfortunately, has to work the entire time his mother is here. Now that I am done cleaning up the kitchen, it is time to just laze around for awhile. The kids are wanting to play card/board games with Nana and I am trying to get Brannon's work shirts hung up. We have no real plans for today, other than to just hang out together.
Nothing really new to report these days. The Barnes house still needs paint on the garage doors, but every time we get a minute to go over there, it's always raining. Hard to paint garage doors in the rain. I had a handyman take the kid's big play set down at the Barnes and it is now sitting as a stack of lumber in our backyard. One of these days, hopefully soon, Brannon will be able to get back there and put it back up. With all this rain, one starts to wonder if we will ever get time in the backyard. The flowers, however, are not complaining.
In other exciting news, our LLC is just about done. The annual minutes for this year have been done and now Brannon and I just need to sign. Our name is already registered with the Secretary of State, and now all we need to do is file the LLC itself and pay them their fee. It's good to be in business.
