The long and the short of it

And just to add insult to injury, I will probably spend an entire week just figuring it out. I was reading through the guide (90 pages, and this is the cliff note version guide) and it seems involved. I think it will be pretty straight forward once I understand what I am doing...
Brannon and I spent the other half of the day painting. And painting...and what else did we do? Oh yeah, we painted. I think we had enough fun for 12 people...yeah...
I had a WONDERFUL birthday. We went to morning services at church. Then Brannon surprised me with lunch, and my mom and Steph were waiting for me. Treat! After lunch with my favorite women, Brannon and I went to the Japanese Stroll Garden. It was the perfect day. Brannon had already given me a blanket that I had been eyeballing at Target as a gift. While we were at the Garden, Brannon asked me if I would like a new camera for my birthday. I told him that I had been thinking of one only last week. He went on to say that a camera is a huge purchase and one that he would not want to make without me. So we headed to Best Buy and picked out the Nixon D-40 single lense reflex that came with one lense. We also bought the telephoto lense, a filter, and a 4GB memory card. We LOVE our new camera and have been taking all shorts of fun shots.
I think I'll go watch Law and Order with my husband. I haven't watched tv in ages and all of a sudden it seems like a good idea.
