Tis the season

-Been very busy with the business. I'm very excited about that. Making money is a good thing. It keeps me out of trouble. The store that carries my line is selling out of the stuff as fast as I can get it there. That makes me just so happy. It will slow down after Christmas.
-It's been everyone's birthday. My mom turned 60 this week. My roommate had a birthday the day after my mother's. I've been spending half my time birthday shopping, baking cakes, going to birthday dinners, making presents, wrapping presents, the list goes on and on. Lauren has a birthday party tomorrow night that she is going to and Brannon's birthday is Tuesday. I have been going blind on the birthdays alone.
-Brannon and I are doing home improvements galore. Today I spent all afternoon going from place to place buying tile stuff, grout stuff, paint and all that good stuff. The bathroom is going to be GREAT when we are done. He is also working on my office still. That is all we are doing is home improvements it seems.
-I am also looking at new couches. I told Brannon I wanted a new couch and loveseat. The man told me if I want a new couch, I should have a new couch. So I have been shopping for that. After church on Sunday we are going to look at a few that I have picked out. Decisions will be made. There will be no crying (I am the most indecisive person you will ever meet, yes, these things bring me to tears from time to time. Don't ask.)
-I have been writing papers and studying for tests/finals. That in and of itself is neverending.
-Our dogs have been sick, so I have been spending my time reminding Brannon to stop by in the mornings and give the girls their medicine. I could do it myself, but he has a way with the girls. I take them to the vet, he does the pills. We make a great team.
-My house looks like a winter wonderland. I put up two trees this year. Brannon hung Christmas lights outside. We aren't done yet. But it's looking great so far!
-That is just the stuff we have been doing at home. We have also been spending a great deal of time at church. Our Christmas program is a week from Sunday. We spend alot of time singing. Next week is going to be even worse. We have have choir practice 4 times next week before the program. Wow. One of those times is on Brannon's birthday. He's going to have a great birthday.
-Brannon's company Christmas party is Sunday evening. We will be missing a much needed choir practice to go to the Christmas party. Nonetheless, I'm very much looking forward to it. Highland Springs is a beautiful country club.
-I've been working on a birthday present for Brannon. I spent all morning doing that. I sure hope he likes it. I'm nervous about it.
-My best friend Steph and I are double dating Saturday night, following an afternoon of shopping. Brannon gave me his American Express card...and I know how to use it. :S He really is too good to me. I didn't even mention the two beautiful pairs of gold hoop earrings he gave me a few days ago. One pair yellow gold, the other white gold. Both exactly what I had been wanting. Thank you Brannon. I don't know what I did to deserve that. It's not even Christmas yet.
-Lauren and I have been playing Sims. I have the older versions of the game, with the expansion packs. House party, living large, hot date, those ones. We have fun with them. She likes to build houses and live life. We like making people fall in love the best. We are such romantics at heart.
I guess that is all I have time for right now. It's time to get the kids all tucked in. And I have a test to study for. The test is Monday, so that leaves tonight and tomorrow night, since Saturday night and Sunday night are filled up. Busy busy busy.
